More water please.

Your brain is 80% water and if you are dehydrated by just 2%, it equates to a 20% lack of concentration, and you certainly do not want to do that. Also, by simply increasing your intake of water your body is able to operate much more efficiently and throw out any excess body fat you do not need.

Your body always naturally wants to return to a state of health and well being and all it needs is for you to relax and give it the best raw materials.

Always remember water is a transporter and will transport vital minerals and vitamins to your cells and will also transport away and eliminate toxins out of your body, automatically helping you to feel better.
